A woman made off with around $1,450 in fundraiser money intended for a youth football team after she discovered the cash accidentally left in a Walmart shopping cart in Pine Bluff, police said Tuesday.

According to a police report, the woman is seen on surveillance footage arriving in the Wal-Mart parking lot in a white SUV and grabbing a cart where a money bag had been left.

After heading toward the store, the woman is seen returning to the vehicle and driving away.

The money bag was reported missing Monday night by a woman who told police she had brought it with her to buy supplies for a concession stand benefiting her son's peewee football team. The woman told investigators she accidentally left the bag in the cart as she unloaded her items and left, according to a police report.

Authorities were not able to capture the license plate tags of the car driven away by the woman.
