Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Heather Lynn Boddie, 42, of 571 Oak Woods Drive in Elkins was arrested Monday in connection with felony theft by receiving. Boddie was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

• Bucky Ray Forrest, 35, of 5820 Oklahoma 82 A in Tahlequah, Okla., was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated robbery. Forrest was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Raymond William Maresh, 63, of 18875 Sugar Creek Road in Garfield was arrested Sunday in connection with three counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer or correctional employee, felony cruelty to animals, a fourth or subsequent offense, and possession of firearms by certain persons. Maresh was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Buster Harrell, 19, of 12795 Recreation Drive in Lowell was arrested Sunday in connection with fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of a defaced firearm, theft by receiving, carrying certain prohibited weapons and traffic violations. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Ian Osgood, 22, of 2607 E. Cantz Drive was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor traffic violations. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Rogers

• Jesus Gonzalez Perez, 56, of 540 Dogwood St. in Centerton was arrested Sunday in connection with felony fourth offense driving while intoxicated. Perez was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Lucio Favela-Suarez, 21, of 1104 Highland Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with residential burglary and misdemeanors violation of no contact order and first-degree criminal mischief. Favela-Suarez was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday with no bond set.

• Juan Magana Orellana, 34, of 2270 Hanover Circle was arrested Sunday in connection with second-degree domestic battery. Magana Orellana was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday with no bond set.

• Joseph Baker, 30, of 605 N. Betty Jo Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Baker was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday with no bond set.

• Juan Salgado-Torres, 19, of 538 B Daniel Place was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a firearm by certain persons and misdemeanors driving while intoxicated, contributing to delinquency of a minor, disorderly conduct, driver's license suspended, no proof of insurance, careless prohibited driving and no proof of ownership. Salgado-Torres was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday with no bond set.

• Kenneth Schoby, 23, of 2135 E. Huntsville Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with terroristic threatening and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Rogers

• A 57-year-old woman was taken to a hospital with back pain after an accident reported at 6 a.m. Monday from the intersection of Hudson Road and Eighth Street.

• A 27-year-old woman was taken to a hospital after an accident reported at 3:19 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 49 in Rogers.

• A 75-year-old woman was taken to a hospital after a wreck was reported at 9:03 a.m. Sunday from the intersection of Dixieland Road and Olrich Street.

• A 28-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman were taken to a hospital after a wreck reported at 3:08 a.m. Sunday from the intersection of Oak and Eighth streets.

• An 81-year-old man was taken to a hospital after a wreck reported at 3:52 p.m. Friday from the intersection of Second Street and Hudson Road.

Fire

Rogers

• A power line down was reported at 3:56 a.m. Saturday from apartments at 1906 S. 13th St. after a tree fell on the building, pulling the electrical line from the pole. Electrical arcing was spotted near gas meters. The building was deemed safe to occupy. Power was shut off to the block and gas meters were checked.

• Smoke was visible through the windows when firefighters were called to 2902 W. Parkwood Drive at 3:51 p.m. Saturday. A closed fireplace flue caused the smoke. The house was ventilated.

Springdale

• Firefighters responded to a compressor on fire at a George's facility at 408 W. Robinson Ave. at 12:11 a.m. Saturday. No one was injured, but the fire caused about $35,000 worth of damage.

• Theft of a camper was reported at 3:18 p.m. Sunday from 17027 Bill Billings Road in Garfield.

• Theft of a wallet was reported at 2:07 p.m. Sunday from Short Stop, 18440 Marshall St. in Garfield, after a man reached across the counter and took an employee's belongings.

• Theft of a credit or debit card was reported at 8:11 a.m. Sunday from 9458 Wheeler Hill in Rogers.

• Theft of a 2001 Raptor 4-wheeler was reported at 1:58 p.m. Saturday from 14651 U.S. 62 in Garfield.

• Theft of money from the till and office keys was reported at 10:06 a.m. Saturday from Beaver Lake Lodge, 14733 Dutchman's Drive in Rogers.

• Theft of wire was reported at 9:53 a.m. Saturday from 22964 Watson Road in Sulphur Springs.

• Theft of a travel trailer was reported at 9:43 a.m. Saturday from 17358 Sugar Creek Road in Garfield.

• Theft of items off Luper Road was reported at 1:40 p.m. Friday from the Benton County Sheriff's Office, 1300 S.W. 14th St.

• Theft of a ram and a ewe was reported at 1:21 p.m. Friday from 15731 Coose Hollow Drive in Rogers.

• Theft was reported at 10:41 a.m. Friday from 16076 Wilson Court in Rogers after a person reported neighbors had switched cars with them.

• Theft of tools from a chicken house and a damaged fence were reported at 9:06 a.m. Friday from 11315 S. Pleasant Valley Road in Gentry.

• Theft was reported at 4:40 p.m. Sunday from 3510 S.E. 14th St.

• Theft was reported at 3:07 p.m. Sunday from 1010 Benton St.

• A break-in was reported at 2020 N. Chestnut Ave. at 12:29 p.m. Sunday.

• A black Genuine scooter was reported stolen from 719 S. Stadium Drive at 2:57 p.m. Sunday.

• A prowler was reported at 2883 E. Par Court at 10:02 p.m. Sunday after someone banged on several of the home's windows.

• A vehicle break-in was reported at 1473 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. at 11:46 p.m. Sunday after two backpacks and two laptop computers were stolen.

• A burglary was reported at 2087 S. School Ave. at 7:36 a.m. Monday.

• Theft of a cellphone was reported at 10:27 p.m. Sunday from 101 E. Laura St.

• Breaking or entering and theft of a bag and a laptop computer was reported at 10:56 a.m. Sunday from 5707 W. Casey Drive.

• Trespassing was reported at 6:49 a.m. Monday at 1305 Crutcher St.

• A burglary was reported at 5:59 p.m. Sunday at 1635 Pasatiempo Drive.
