Tuesday recruiting tidbits: Arkansas to host two junior college offensive linemen

Arkansas will host two junior college offensive linemen this weekend on official visits.

Offensive tackle Garett Bolles, 6-5, 303, 4.87 of Snow College in Utah and offensive guard Dwayne Wallace, 6-5, 328 pounds, 5.1 of Riverside Community College in California are expected to arrive Thursday and will start their visits Friday morning. Bolles should know today if his fiancee will join him on the trip. They plan to get married Dec. 12.

Bolles and Wallace will leave on Sunday.

Stanford defensive line commitment Michael Williams, 6-2 1/2, 285 pounds, 4.95 of Fort Worth All Saints Episcopal was planning to visit this weekend, but said Arkansas wants him to visit when school is in session.

Junior running back Eno Benjamin, 5-10, 195 pounds, 4.51 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of Wylie (Texas) East, had 2,652 rushing yards, 41 touchdowns and 3,035 all purpose yards and 45 touchdowns. He has 15 offers and is drawing strong interest from Arkansas.

Promising sophomore defensive lineman Billy Ferrell, 6-3, 300 of Fordyce recorded 7 tackles, 2 tackles for loss and 1 quarterback hurry. He also caught 2 passes for two-point conversions on Friday.

For the season, he had 65 tackles, 23 tackles for loss, 4 sacks, 12 quarterback hurries, 3 forced fumbles, 1 recovered fumble and 3 pass deflections.

2017 linebacker target Thomas Johnston of Spanish Fort, Ala. recorded 11 tackles after suffering a broken thumb and ligament damage on the first play of the game on Friday. He has several offers, including one from Arkansas.
