At least 45 food trucks and carts, plus craft vendors, buskers on each block, artists at work, Heifer International children's activities and five beer gardens will line five blocks of Little Rock's Main Street, between Third and Eighth, for the fifth annual Main Street Food Truck Festival, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. Old-fashioned games, crafts and demonstrations of centuries-old skills are all part of High Cotton on the Bayou, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. The Scott Plantation Settlement, 15525 Alexander Road, Scott, hosts this annual celebration of the rural past that also includes tours of old plantation buildings, arts and crafts, antique vehicles and music. The state's largest wine festival, the American Heart Association's 12th annual Festival of Wines, will feature hundreds of wines from around the world and hors d'oeuvres from area restaurants, 6-8:30 p.m. today at Dickey-Stephens Park, 400 W. Broadway, North Little Rock. The "patio party" also features silent and premier auctions, entertainment and an artist painting during the event. Tickets are $75. How do they make that? Find out at the Museum of Discovery's newest temporary exhibit, "How People Make Things," Saturday-March 27. The exhibit gives visitors the chance to use a die cutter, mold wax and other hands-on activities. Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled's Auxiliary will un-pen Hawgs for a Cause, its seventh annual Razorback-theme fundraiser, 6 p.m. today in the AEDD Multipurpose Center, 105 E. The Pulaski County community of Little Italy will host its 88th annual Spaghetti Dinner & Bazaar, 11 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Sunday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 33223 Arkansas 300.
