The Pulaski County sheriff's office on Thursday released video surveillance of a suspect in a series of vehicle break-ins.
Capt. Carl Minden said in an email that the assailant is believed responsible for breaking into at least 11 vehicles in the Cardinal Valley area of northern Pulaski County.
The vehicles were targeted Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
