LINCOLN -- Deputies arrested Friday a man they said forced a 13-year-old girl into sex acts with him, according to a probable cause affidavit Saturday.
Dustin Wayne Brown, 32, of Stilwell, Okla., was arrested Friday in connection with rape, a Class Y felony. Brown also has a Lincoln address listed as a residence, according to a warrant issued for his arrest.
The girl told Washington County officers Aug. 9 she traveled from Lincoln to Texas in Brown's truck for several days this past June, according to the report.
During that time, Brown touched the girl inappropriately and forced her to have oral sex with him, according to the affidavit. Brown forced the girl to watch a video called "How to Please a Man" and have oral sex, the report said.
That night, Brown raped the girl, according to the report.
Brown told the girl if she told anyone what happened, "she would be killed," according to the report.
Brown was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $100,000 bond Saturday. He was court ordered not to contact the victim, according to the affidavit.
