A Pine Bluff man won $147,059 in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, lottery officials said Monday.
Billy Walters purchased the winning ticket for $5 at the Valero located 3000 E Harding Ave. in Pine Bluff.
Walters told lottery officials he plans to purchase a new camper with his winnings.
