• Timothy Joseph Booher, 35, of 711 W. Fourth St. in Booneville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony failure to appear, breaking or entering and two misdemeanor counts of theft of property. Booher was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on a $1,500 bond.

Fayetteville

• Buster Harrell, 19, no address available, was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harrell was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond and a hold for another agency.

• Nathan Ortiz, 21, of 1821 Perry Pit Road was arrested Sunday in connection with breaking or entering and loitering. Ortiz was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

Johnson

• Valeria Arzate, 24, of 5703 B Sara St. in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault on a household or family member and third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Arzate was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $6,120 bond.

Little Flock

• Pablo Hernandez, 21, of 3807 S.W. Maple Road in Bentonville was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated. Hernandez was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Lowell

• Mandy Starr McEntire, 36 of 10482 Horan Road in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with four counts of possession of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing governmental operations and two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. McEntire was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

• Stacia Rayne Tye, 19, of 301 N. 35th St. Apt. 16 was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault and a misdemeanor count of terroristic threatening. Police were called to Tye's apartment at 6:11 p.m. Saturday by a neighbor who was met by Tye who reportedly tried to stab the person with a kitchen knife when the neighbor heard a fight and went to check. Tye was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

University of Arkansas Police Department

• Chase Brumback, 20, of 600 Buena Vista Drive in Raymore, Mo., was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Brumback was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,820 bond.

Fayetteville

• Smoke in the building was reported at 9:11 p.m. Saturday from San Miguel's Mexican Grill & Bar, 3722 N. Front St.

Rogers

• Firefighters freed a woman stuck in the elevator near the football stadium press box at Rogers High School, 2300 S. Dixieland Road at 9:29 p.m. Friday.

• A grass fire was reported at 1:58 p.m. Thursday from 206 S. Promenade Blvd. after mulch in a concrete island of the parking lot caught fire.

• A vehicle fire was reported at 3:22 p.m. Thursday from 3901 N. Second St. The 1959 GMC pickup caught fire while in a detached garage but the owner was able to move it away from the garage before firefighters arrived and put it out.

Accidents

Fayetteville

• A vehicle that hit a scooter was reported at 8:12 p.m. Saturday from near 3595 W. Martin Luther King Blvd. Callers told dispatchers a black man and a white man were lying in the middle of the road, both bleeding from the head following the accident. One person told dispatchers a man was bleeding from his head and arm and another told dispatchers that one of the two was breathing heavily and not talking. A Jeep Grand Cherokee and the scooter were towed from the accident.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 5:24 p.m. Saturday from the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Hollywood Avenue. A person told police a man driving a gray Pontiac hit his vehicle, said he didn't have insurance and left.

Rogers

• A single-vehicle accident was reported at 10:33 a.m. Saturday from the intersection of Pleasant Ridge Road and Mulberry Street after an orange Dodge Charger swerved on the road, hit a vehicle parked in a driveway, hit a gas line and eventually overturned near the 600 block of Mulberry. The roadway was shut down until the vehicle could be towed.

• A 51-year-old man was hospitalized after a head-on collision was reported at 3:04 a.m. Saturday from Pleasant Grove Road. Police records indicate the wreck involved an intoxicated driver and was between a Dodge Caravan and a Toyota Camry. Two people were though to be injured when police were first called.

• A 52-year-old man was hospitalized after a wreck reported at 9:17 p.m. Friday from the intersection of Dixieland Road and Pleasant Grove.

• A 23-year-old woman was hospitalized after a wreck reported at 12:42 p.m. Friday from north of exit 83 on Interstate 49.

• A wreck between a bus and a car was reported at 7:46 a.m. Friday from Oakdale Middle School, 511 N. Dixieland Road. No injuries were reported.

• A wreck between a bike and a vehicle was reported at 4:45 p..m. Thursday from the intersection of Cherry Street and Arkansas Street. Medics were called for a 16-year-old boy with an arm injury but no one was hospitalized.

• An 11-year-old bicyclist was hospitalized with a wrist injury after his bike collided with a Jeep Grand Cherokee at 4:44 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Dixieland Road and Wood Street. Police records indicate an argument followed the incident and the vehicle was blocking traffic.

• A 51-year-old man was hospitalized after a wreck reported at 3:16 p.m. Thursday from the intersection of Oak and 11th streets.

Springdale

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 7:33 p.m. Saturday from 1229 W. Sunset Ave.

• A pedestrian hit by a car was reported at 5:35 p.m. Saturday from 1404 Thrush St.

• An injury accident was reported at 4:26 p.m. Saturday from 2773 Old Wire Road.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 9:25 a.m. Saturday from Extended Stay, 3100 S.E. 14th.

• Theft was reported at 8:59 a.m. Saturday from 320 S.W. 28th St.

• Thieves hit a a neighborhood of duplexes off Southwest Regional Airport Boulevard early Saturday with people calling police about breaking or entering of vehicles or damaged vehicles starting at 7 a.m. Seven instances of breaking or entering and one instance of criminal mischief were reported around the 3000 block of Southwest Deerfield Boulevard; five instances of breaking or entering were reported around the 3000 block of Southwest Amberwood Avenue; three instances of breaking or entering were reported in the 3000 block of Southwest Crosswinds Boulevard; 3402 Southwest Morningstar Road and 3204 S.W. Windrift Ave. reported breaking or entering as did two homes in nearby neighborhoods, 3803 S.W. Cornerstone Road and 4000 S.W. Clear Creek Cove.

• A person installing no trespass signs found debris and chemicals behind 377 W. Skelton St. 11:27 a.m. Sunday.

• Theft of a phone was reported at 11:27 a.m. Sunday from 3075 N. College Ave.

• Forgery was reported at 10:56 a.m. Sunday from A.Q. Chicken, 1889 N. College Ave. after a person found a fake $5 bill.

• Theft of a paycheck mailed to a workplace was reported at 7:44 a.m. Sunday from the Fayetteville Police Department, 100 W. Rock St.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 5:43 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 65 W. Forsythia Drive after a resident saw a man getting into several cars.

• Attempted burglary was reported at 3:02 a.m. Sunday from 218 E. Sutton St.

• Burglary and theft of a television was reported at 2:33 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 2020 N. Chestnut Ave.

• A disturbance was reported at 2 a.m. Sunday from a second-floor apartment at 1565 W. Richmond Drive after a suicidal 18-year-old man broke out a window and was fighting others in the apartment.

• Terroristic threats were reported at 1:49 a.m. Sunday from Motel 6, 2980 N. College Ave. after a person who had been terminated threatened others.

• A disturbance in a bathroom between The Green Room, 326 N. West Ave. and Dickson Street Social Club was reported at 1:39 a.m. Sunday after women from the club attacked another woman in the restroom. Medics were called for the injured woman.

• A fight among four or five people was reported at 12:42 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 1701 N. Lewis Ave.

• A disturbance was reported at 10:56 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 741 S. Morningside Drive.

• Threats were reported at 10:34 p.m. Saturday from 2599 W. Houston St.

• A disturbance was reported at 6:18 p.m. Saturday from 2584 N. Gregg Ave. after a person trying to sell CDs in the store tried to fight employees outside the store when he was asked to leave.

• An armed person was reported at 5:11 p.m. Saturday from Walmart Supercenter, 2875 W. Martin Luther King Blvd., after employees spotted a man with a knife opening movies.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 4:30 p.m. Saturday from 2140 E. Stearns St. after a person who was not home called police saying a neighbor noticed a locksmith vehicle in the driveway. The resident told police they had not requested a locksmith.

• Theft was reported at 3:40 p.m. Saturday from 314 W. Mountain St.

• Assault and battery was reported at 3:30 p.m. Saturday Washington Regional Medical Center, 3215 N. Northhills after a patient attacked a nurse.

• Forgery was reported at 3:07 p.m. Saturday from Domino's Pizza, 1814 N. Crossover Road.

• A disturbance stemming from a road rage incident was reported at 2:45 p.m. Saturday from the Arkansas Air & Military Museum, 4290 S. School Ave. after a woman pulled over to talk with a child in her vehicle and a woman pulled in behind her and kicked and damaged her door.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 2:40 p.m Saturday from the intersection of Morningside Drive and 15th Street after a man asked a person to help look for his stolen car, asked the person not to call police and then left.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 1:57 p.m Saturday from 2914 W. Glenmeadow Drive

• Theft of a phone was reported at 1:28 p.m. Saturday from U.S. Pizza, 202 W. Dickson St.

• Threats were reported at 1:11 p.m. Saturday from Bassett Furniture, 3505 N. Steele Blvd.

• Assault was reported at 2:14 a.m. Sunday from Embassy Suites, 3303 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway after a man and woman damaged a hotel room while fighting. Medics were called for a 23-year-old man with laceration to his eye and possible head trauma.

• Theft of $3,000 cash was reported at 3:12 p.m. Saturday from 1403 W. Margaret Place.

• A disturbance was reported at 3:06 p.m. Saturday from Rogers Public Library, 711 S. Dixieland Road after two men were fighting, one of whom had a knife. Two teens, one of them a runaway, were cited by police.

• Assault of a teenager was reported at 12:37 p.m. Saturday from Kirksey Middle School, 101 W. Price Lane after a parent told police two older teens held down and beat a 17-year-old. Medics were called for the teen.

• Battery in a fight among eight people was reported at 3:28 a.m. Saturday from 206 E. Thistlewood.

• Sexual assault was reported at 8:33 a.m. Friday from the 100 block of West Roselawn Drive.
