• Darrick Phillips, 28, of 284 Mable Lane in Winslow was arrested Monday in connection with terroristic threatening, fleeing and misdemeanor loitering. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Prairie Grove
• Jeremy Calvert, 31, of 716 Butler Road was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault and misdemeanor third-degree battery. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with bond set at $1,040.
Rogers
• Samantha Lee Nicole Gipson, 24, of 704 Crab St. in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with five counts of breaking or entering, five counts of second-degree forgery and one count of theft of property, all felonies. Gipson was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Jason Paul McCrary, 41, of 12850 Lodge Drive in Garfield was arrested Monday in connection with two counts of a violation of the sex and child registration by residing within 2,000 feet of a school, park or daycare. County records online indicate McCrary is a level 2 sex offender. McCrary was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• David Gene Thompson, 54, of 18960 Arkansas 16 West in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with duty to register or verify registration. Thompson was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Keith Morton, 46, of 1517 Rogers Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony third-degree domestic battery. Morton was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

• A man with a knife was reported at 6:27 p.m. Sunday from Malco Theater, 621 N. 46th St., after a person spotted a man in a straw hat and a tank top with a knife chasing two other men. Police found two of the people involved in the parking lot when they arrived, according to police records. The incident is under investigation, police said Monday.
