Two teens will be charged as adults after police said they entered unlocked cars and stole items from them, according to arrest reports.
Rashad Scaife, 16, and Ernest Avance, 17, both of Little Rock, were arrested 5:30 a.m. Tuesday at Shadow Lake apartments, 13111 W. Markham St., after police said they stole items from unlocked cars. Both are facing two counts of breaking or entering, two counts of theft of property and two counts of theft by receiving. Scaife has an additional charge of possession of marijuana.
Both were booked into the Pulaski County jail and remained on the jail's roster Tuesday night.
