Franklin County Coroner Shelby Floyd identified 27-year-old Nicholas Noteboom on Wednesday as the Russellville man who died after falling off a bluff over the weekend.
Noteboom was killed after falling from a 10- to 15-foot bluff behind a house off Redding Road near the Mulberry River where he was attending a wedding late Saturday in northern Franklin County, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported.
Franklin County Emergency Medical Services Director Randy Boren said Noteboom left the wedding and told a friend he was going to his truck, falling off the bluff in dark, unfamiliar surroundings shortly after.
Wedding attendees noticed him missing about 11 p.m. Saturday and a call for help was made the following morning, according to authorities.
