A prosecutor has asked a judge to sign a warrant for the arrest of a van driver at state Rep. Justin Harris' preschool who police said left a 3-year-old girl on a van for several hours Sept. 9.

The warrant for Connie Ramey, 56, of West Fork is for endangering the welfare of a minor, which is a misdemeanor.

The child found in the vehicle outside Growing God's Kingdom in West Fork was uninjured, a doctor's report said.
