LR man, 28, faces rape, sex charges

A Little Rock man was arrested Friday after two women told police that he had sexually assaulted their 4-year-old and 8-year-old daughters, according to police reports.

North Little Rock police arrested Darryl Anthony Littles Jr., 28, about 11:30 a.m., according to an arrest report.

The women alleged that Littles kissed the 8-year-old on the mouth, and touched her "inappropriately" on three occasions, the report said. They also said Littles assaulted the 4-year-old on two occasions, the report said.

Littles is charged with one count of rape and a count of fourth-degree sexual assault, both felonies. He was in the Pulaski County jail Saturday night in lieu of $1 million bond.

Knife-wielder, 58, threatens bargoers

A 58-year-old Little Rock man was arrested Friday night after he entered the Revolution Music Room in the city's downtown and pointed a knife at several employees and patrons there, police said.

An intoxicated Mark Douglas Behnfeldt was wearing a leather trench coat when he entered the venue and displayed a "tactical style knife," according to an arrest report. He pointed the knife at four employees and some customers and chased at least one employee with it, daring people to do something about it, the report said.

Little Rock police officers used a Taser gun to subdue and arrest Behnfeldt, the report said.

No one was injured in the episode, but Behnfeldt "had a minor cut on his arm from an earlier incident in which he broke a window," according to police. He was treated at the scene and then transported to jail about 9:30 p.m., reports said.

Behnfeldt was charged with four counts of aggravated assault, three counts of first-degree terroristic threatening and a count of public intoxication, records show. The first seven counts are Class D felonies.

Behnfeldt was still in the Pulaski County jail Saturday night in lieu of $26,100 bond.
