J.B. Hunt’s son sues driver in June collision

Johnnie Bryan Hunt Jr. has filed a lawsuit in Benton County Circuit Court against a driver he is accused of assaulting in June.

The Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported that in the suit, which was filed Monday, Hunt denies that he intentionally struck Omar Salinas-Hurtado, 21, of Rogers.

Hunt, 57, is the son of the late J.B. Hunt Sr., who founded J.B. Hunt Transport Services in Lowell.
