Arkansas will host shooting guard commitment Daryl Macon and highly recruited Bentonville guard Malik Monk for official visits this weekend.
Macon said he delayed his official visit by a week for a couple of reasons. He had a scrimmage at his school last Friday, and he wanted to visit with Monk in hopes of convincing him to be a Razorback.

"We normally just have regular conversations like regular friends do," Macon said. "I try not to force where he's going to school or are you going to come join me at Arkansas. I know he's probably going through a lot with the situation and where he's trying to go to school."
Macon, 6-3, 185 pounds, averaged 23 points last season at Holmes (Miss.) Community College while earning first-team junior college All-America honors and shot 46.5 percent from the field and 36.9 percent from beyond the three-point line.
While he's been in no hurry to talk recruiting with Monk, Macon is quick to get his sales pitch across when an opportunity presents itself.
"If he brings it up, I just tell him we can make a lot of things happen at Arkansas," Macon said. "I try to push him to come play with me and the other two boys that just committed."
Macon, who played at Little Rock Parkview High School, also played spring and summer basketball for the Arkansas Hawks.
"Whenever I go to Fayetteville, it feels like home," Macon said. "I love the fans, the people I'm around when I'm up there, the teammates and the coaches. It just feels like I'm back home."
When he committed to the Hogs in June, he chose Arkansas over scholarship offers from Alabama, Ole Miss, Louisville, Kansas State and Memphis.
Macon said when he asks Monk about his college choice, he gets the same answer.
"He just said he doesn't know," Macon said. "That's his favorite line."
Macon said he talks to the entire Arkansas coaching staff but connects best with assistant T.J. Cleveland.
"He's a lot younger and he can relate what I'm going through," Macon said. "He's a person I'll call to vent to, but I talk to all of them equally throughout the week."
Macon's father died of heart disease when he was 2 years old and his grandfather, Robert Lee Harrison, 81, stepped into the role of his father. Macon said he grew up calling Harrison his father.
"That's all he was talking about," Macon said of Harrison looking forward to seeing him in a Razorbacks uniform. "He was just telling me he wants to see me be successful and wants to see me play on TV.
"I don't want him to see me on TV. I want him at the games."
LINEBACKER VISITING
Linebacker Jordan Carmouche of Manvel, Texas, will arrive in Fayetteville today with his father for the start of his official visit.
Carmouche, 6-1, 225, 4.6 seconds in the 40-yard dash, is a major target for the Razorbacks and has more than 20 scholarship offers from schools that include Arkansas, Texas, Stanford, Oklahoma, Baylor, Texas Tech, Missouri and Colorado.
He had a short answer for what will help convince him to be a Hog during the trip.
"Just the feeling of being at home," Carmouche said.
Carmouche has 40 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 quarterback hurry, 1 pass breakup, 1 forced fumble and 1 recovered fumble in 6 games this season. He said he felt at home when he visited Fayetteville for the Northern Illinois game last season.
"The atmosphere at the game, the fans and the coaches," Carmouche said.
He also enjoys his relationship with defensive backs coach Clay Jennings.
"Coach Jennings is my dude," Carmouche said. "Even if I don't go to Arkansas, he's still a friend I would have for life, someone who I could talk to. He just a cool person. He's not only just worried about football, but us as people."
His father is also likes the Razorbacks.
"He likes the coaches and the atmosphere and how everyone there is a family and that it's SEC football," Carmouche said.
DECISION TIME
Highly regarded receiver Isaiah Graham of Bastrop, La., will announce his college decision at 10 a.m. today.
Graham, 6-1, 175 pounds, 4.53 seconds in the 40-yard dash, has approximately 20 scholarship offers from schools that include Arkansas, TCU, Miami, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Nebraska and California.
He will reveal his choice at the school gymnasium. He has several family members in the state, and Arkansas was the first school to offer.
