BENTONVILLE -- The death of Ronald Kultgen, 53, of Garfield is being investigated as a homicide, the Benton County sheriff's office said.
Kultgen was last seen alive April 15 in Garfield, according to a news release. Searchers found Kultgen's body in Madison County on Saturday after weeks of looking, the release said.
A suspect has been identified, and information from the investigation will be forwarded to the prosecutor's office.
The Benton County and Madison County sheriff's offices and Arkansas State Police worked the investigation, the release said.
Madison County Sheriff Phillip Morgan said Tuesday that he had no details about the investigation. He said deputies accompanied Benton County personnel on a search when Kultgen's body was found Saturday.
