Main Street food trucks return Friday

Main Street Food Truck Fridays is set to kick off its fall season Friday at Main Street and Capitol Avenue, featuring live music and five food trucks.

The event, presented by the Downtown Little Rock Partnership, will be from 10:45 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Main Street Creative Corridor plaza.

Bryant's BBQ, Hot Rod Wieners, Jackie's Mobile Cafe, Kona Ice and The Southern Gourmasian trucks have signed on for the event, according to a statement.

Acoustic musician Michael Shaw will perform classics and current music from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Friday.

Other fall dates for Main Street Food Truck Fridays are Sept. 11, Sept. 18, Sept. 25, Oct. 9, Oct. 16, Oct. 23 and Oct. 30.
