• Marquis Deonte Drakes, 19, of 1508 S.E. A St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear, misdemeanor failure to appear and other misdemeanor counts of obstructing governmental operations, fleeing by vehicle and public intoxication. Drakes was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $1,000

• Chris Martinez, 19, of 2545 D.J. Deval Drive in Pea Ridge was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and misdemeanor counts of fleeing by vehicle, minor in possession and public intoxication. Martinez was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• David Strider, 36, of 1101 Curtis Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. He was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond.

• Steven Pearish, 27, no address available, was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.

• Billy Williams, 37, was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault, parole violation and public intoxication. He was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $25,000 bond.

• Jacob Allen-Cole Piguet, 21, of 105 Pleasant St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with three counts of felony fourth-degree sexual assault. Piguet was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Lance Hardman, 31, of 815 Herron St. was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening and a misdemeanor offense. He was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond.

• Joseph David Fehlman, 24, of 218 Fox Run Place, No. A in Lowell was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. Fehlman was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Shelly Ann Shouse, 29, of 1805 South Eighth St. No. 11 was arrested Monday in connection with an out-of-state felony parole violation. Shouse was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Kendall Lee Wright, 53, of 2510 S. Dixieland Road was arrested Monday in connection with felony false evidence of title or registration and misdemeanor counts of no proof of insurance, failure to register and driving while license suspended or revoked pursuant to the omnibus DWI Act. • Anthony Beale, 43, of 215 B Fox Run Place in Lowell was arrested Monday in connection with commercial burglary. He was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

• Shane Ferguson, 37, of 3293 Leo Ammons Road in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a certain person and a misdemeanor offense. He was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

Tontitown

• Firefighters put out a fire in a piece of equipment Monday at Vermeer Midsouth in Springdale, 580 Jean Mary Ave., according to interim Police Chief Joey McCormick. The Tontitown Area Volunteer Fire Department didn't answer a message left Tuesday. No further information was available.

• A single-car accident was reported at 8:32 p.m. Monday from near 498 McCulloch St. in Pea Ridge. A person told deputies three teens ran from a 2005 Kia Sorento that wrecked in the woods when asked if they needed assistance. The car was still running and the person could hear music playing.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 3:55 p.m. Monday from 1901 S.E. J St.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 2:33 p.m. Monday from 406 S. Walton Blvd.

• An injury accident was reported at 12:54 p.m. Monday from 2107 S. Walton Blvd.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 11:15 a.m. Monday from the intersection of Southeast J Street and Southeast 13th Court.

• An injury accident was reported at 8:32 a.m. Monday from the intersection of Southwest Regional Airport Boulevard and Southwest Bright Road.

• A injury accident was reported at 7:18 a.m. Monday from the intersection of 500 S.E. 14th St.

Fayetteville

• Two people were taken to a hospital after a three-vehicle accident at 6:03 p.m. Monday at North Rupple and West Mount Comfort roads. One person was cited in the accident, according to Fayetteville police dispatch records. No further information was available Tuesday.

Rogers

• A three-vehicle accident was reported at 4:52 p.m. Monday from the intersection of Eighth and Olrich streets. A witness told police that a woman had been texting and driving just before the incident.

• A single-car wreck was reported by a bicyclist at 6:28 a.m. Monday from near Promenade Boulevard off Oliver Drive after a Toyota Corolla was found abandoned on the Razorback Greenway. A masonry bench was knocked of its foundation, paving, trees and landscaping were damaged and will cost an estimated $15,000 to replace, according to the city. Police said Tuesday the driver initially reported the vehicle as stolen but surveillance video showed him driving the car from where he had reported it stolen.

• Breaking or entering and theft of $800 was reported at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday from 3112 S. B St. A person riding a bike was spotted near the truck before the cash was stolen, a person told police.

• A weapons call was reported at 12:02 a.m. Tuesday from in front of Colonial Baptist Church, 1599 W. Olive St., after a man was spotted pacing back and forth in front of the church with a knife in his hand. The man held the knife to his throat as police approached, but he eventually dropped it.

• Counterfeit money was reported at 4:45 p.m. Monday from 2203 S. Promenade Blvd.

• Police were called at 4:26 p.m. Monday to seize drug paraphernalia from 2800 block of West Center Street after a child wrecked a bike and fell onto a spoon and needles left on the pavement.

• A theft of $155 and a scam involving lawnmower care was reported at 3:41 p.m. Monday from 1605 S. Breckenridge Loop.
