A missing Pine Bluff man who disappeared from his home in July has been found safe at an undisclosed location outside of Arkansas, police said Friday.
James Lee Owens, 59, was last seen July 20 in the 1000 block of Elm Street in Pine Bluff before Pine Bluff police made contact with Owens in another state.
Police said they believe Owens "suffered no foul play and simply relocated without telling anyone."
