Little Rock police found a woman passed out behind the wheel of her running car in the parking lot of Hall High School on Friday afternoon, according to an incident report.

Officers had trouble waking up Jessica Lindstrand, 31, and when they did she was "unsteady on her feet" and could not stand still, the report said. Lindstrand was arrested and booked into the Pulaski County jail on charges of driving while intoxicated on drugs and refusal to take a test. She was not listed on the jail's roster Friday night.

The report lists Lindstrand's employer as Hall High School, 6700 H St. A professional website says Lindstrand is a coach and teacher at the high school. A message left with Little Rock School District spokesman Pamela Smith was not returned Friday night.

LR police respond to false 911 reports

A man called Little Rock police Friday morning and made several false reports about a possible shooting, tied-up children and a bomb, according to an incident report.

Police went to 2610 W. Seventh St. after a man called police and said he had shot the mother of his children, had two children tied up in the bathroom and was thinking of shooting one of them, the report said. Officers knocked on the door of the home but the caller told dispatchers to tell officers, "Don't open the door. There is a bomb wired to the door."

The bomb squad and Little Rock Fire Department went to the home, and the SWAT team was called when the caller threatened to shoot a police officer, the report said. Police roped off the area surrounding the house.

Later, the caller told police he was coming out of the house, and a man walked out of the house. Police put him in handcuffs and searched the house. They found another man sleeping but did not find any weapons. Both men told police they did not call 911 and did not know who did.

Neither man was arrested and the request for the SWAT team was cancelled before it arrived.
