My favorite space is: my living room.
Why? My muse is there. The walls hold so much insight into who I am. They have seen me at my best and at my worst. From my couch I can see the city surrounded by beautiful nature. It reminds me that I am a small piece of the puzzle. My decor speaks to everything that I am, colorful and a lover of books.
If I could make one change to improve this space, I would: add more windows. If I had it my way, I would have a glass ceiling. There is nothing like natural light. One day I'd also like to move into a house, but I must confess, as a single mom, the idea of having the responsibility that comes with owning a home scares me. So for now, I'm an apartment/condo girl. It works for us. We can enjoy the pool and never have to clean it.
