Some sites lacked sanitizer for three-compartment sink or for utensils and food contact surfaces. At two concession stands, warmer unit was not maintaining temperature at the pre-set setting. At one stand, bottle of orange-colored chemical was in a white squirt bottle with label "water only." Ice stored in a pickle bucket at one small vendor.

Noncritical violations: Lacked sanitizer test strips in concession stands. Some sites lacked water in the portable handwash containers. Ceiling tiles missing in some concession stands.

Sodexo Sports and Leisure Push Carts

Razorback Stadium Gate A, Room 149, Fayetteville

Critical violations: Lack of knowledge of food safety principles by some of the volunteer leaders. At beginning of food service, some employees did not wash hands because of lack of handwashing supplies. At beginning of service, some push carts lacked paper towels. Many handwash sinks lacked a sign or poster that notifies food workers to wash their hands. Some portable handwash stations lacked water or electrical power to operate the pumps. Before game time, some push carts lacked hand cleanser at each handwashing sink. Some carts lacked sanitizer solution for sanitizing utensils and other food-contact surfaces. One cart had a broken cooler unit with potentially hazardous food above 41 degrees; other carts had appropriate temperatures at time of inspection; one defective cooling unit and another without access to electrical outlet.

Noncritical violations: Many coolers and carts lacked thermometers. All sites lacked sanitizer quaternary ammonia test strips. Some cold hot units soiled.
