LITTLE ROCK — Chelsea Clinton is speaking at a middle school and a children's library named after her mother in Arkansas as she returns to her home state for a visit.

Clinton on Friday plans to make a presentation and answer questions from students at Horace Mann Middle School in Little Rock. The former first daughter also plans to tour the Hillary Rodham Clinton Children's Library & Learning Center, named for her mother and a current Democratic presidential hopeful.

Clinton is visiting the state to talk about her new book, an illustrated guide for young people looking to become involved in political and social causes.

She's also speaking in downtown Little Rock on Friday night at a lecture sponsored by the public service school named for her father — former President Bill Clinton.
