SOUTHSIDE — Arkansas State Police say a motorcyclist and a Batesville man have been killed in separate crashes on Arkansas roads.
A state police report says 33-year-old Matthew Anderson of Batesville died Wednesday n which he was a passenger went off the roadway and struck an embankment, then overturned south of Southside in Independence County.
Another report says 29-year-old Derrick Williams of McCrory also died Wednesday when the motorcycle he was riding westbound on Interstate 40 in Little Rock struck a car that was stopped in traffic. A report says Williams was thrown from the motorcycle and died later at a Little Rock hospital.
