Hillary Rodham Clinton will make an appearance in Little Rock next week during an event at a historically black college.

Clinton’s campaign is holding an “Arkansas grassroots organizing meeting” with the candidate Monday at Philander Smith College.

The event will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the school’s Sherman E. Tate recreation center, according to the event calendar on Clinton's website.

This is the second time Clinton has visited Arkansas, which has become increasingly Republican in recent state elections, since she declared her candidacy earlier this year.

Clinton last returned to her adopted home state in July, headlining the Jefferson-Jackson dinner, the state Democratic party’s biggest fundraiser of the year.
