Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Brad Wilson Kelley Jr., 32, of 11126 Sheppard Place Road in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with breaking or entering, felony theft of property and two felony counts of failure to appear. Kelley was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on a $25,000 bond Sunday.

• John Erin Workman, 44, of 213 S. Summit in Prairie Grove was arrested Saturday in connection with felony nonsupport. Workman was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail Sunday on a $2,500 bond.

Bentonville

• Emily Catherine Estes, 23, of 6 Fawley Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Saturday in connection with delivery of a schedule IV or V controlled substance and misdemeanor failure to appear. Estes was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail Sunday with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• John Moss, 33, of 1 North School Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with a felony parole violation and violation of a protection order. Moss was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,035 bond.

Prairie Grove

• James Ellis, 39, of 21 Newall Road in West Fork was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. Ellis was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.

• Joshua Ralston, 36, of 318 West Cleveland St. was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing, resisting arrest, third-degree battery, public intoxication and interfering with a law enforcement officer. Ralston was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $4,750 bond.

Springdale

• Shawn Rounsavall, 41, of 2826 Amhurst Loop was arrested Saturday in connection with a felony driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a minor, violation of implied consent, failure to appear and other agency warrants.

• A water heater on fire was reported at 4:40 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 1650 N. Sang Ave.

• An injury accident was reported at 3:23 p.m. Saturday from the intersection of Southwest Elm Tree Road and Southwest Eighth Street.

Fayetteville

• A damaged street light and sign hit by a car and blocking part of the roadway were reported at 4:38 a.m. Sunday from the intersection of Rodgers Drive and Southern Heights Place. A car was towed from the area less than an hour later as officers investigated.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported after vehicle hit a building at 5:14 a.m. Sunday near 658 N. Betty Jo Drive. The vehicle was found at 5:56 a.m. Sunday at 594 N. Betty Jo Drive.

• A hit-and-run accident that occurred near Dickson Street and West Avenue was reported at 7:48 p.m. Saturday near Spring Street and School Avenue.

• An injury accident was reported at 7:06 p.m. Saturday from 6308 Harber Ave.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 9:42 p.m. Saturday from Interstate 49.

• Shots heard was reported at 8:29 p.m. from the 2000 block of Southwest Stonegrove Road.

• Public intoxication was reported at 7:07 p.m. Saturday from Buffalo Wild Wings Bar & Grill, 2707 S.E. Moberly Lane.

• Theft was reported at 6:56 p.m. Saturday from the intersection of Northwest Avignon Way and North Walton Boulevard.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 1:44 p.m. Saturday from 500 S.W. Pearl Drive No. 4.

• Theft of an iPad was reported at 12:54 p.m. Sunday from apartments at 2458 W. Orlando Drive.

• Theft of medication was reported at 12:07 p.m. Sunday from 623 E. McClinton St.

• Burglary was reported at 10:49 a.m. Sunday from Premier Collision Center, 2913 E. Huntsville Road, after a person arrived to find a bay door open and a back door kicked in. The person told the officers it appeared a person tried to take the tires off a car inside.

• Theft of a Chevrolet Silverado parked in the grass near 443 W. North St. was reported at 2:59 a.m. Sunday.

• A disturbance involving 20 people fighting was reported at about 2:39 a.m. Sunday near West and Lafayette Streets, east of Sterling Frisco, 413 N.W. Ave. Medics were called for a 22-year-old man with a head injury. A person told police about 10 people were leaving in the back of a pickup during the fight. Police records indicated a traffic stop at 675 N. Park Ave. was connected to the fight.

• Assault and battery was reported at 1:58 a.m. Sunday across from Scarpino's, near 330 N. West Ave. A man told police he was hit in the face and grabbed by the throat and it was unclear why the other man had hit him.

• A disturbance was reported at 1:51 from 554 S. Buchanan Ave. near Fayetteville High School. A man and woman were hitting each other as they walked. The woman tried to run into traffic and the man grabbed her, a caller told police.

• A fight was reported at 1:33 a.m. Sunday from Doe's Eat Place, 316 W. Dickson.

• An intoxicated woman who hit one person in the face and threatened others was reported at 1:21 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 1002 W. Hughes St.

• A fight was reported at 12:41 a.m. Sunday from Denny's, 2589 W. Martin Luther King Blvd.

• Assault and battery was reported at 10:27 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 2038 N. East Oaks Drive after a man hit a woman and threw her into a child.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 9:36 p.m. Saturday from 1943 N. Pine Valley Drive after a person found an arrow lodged in their siding.

• A toddler in a diaper walking alone in the street on Golf Club Drive was reported at 5:47 p.m. Saturday from The Links, 3600 W. Player Lane.
