Chamber Golf Tournament

HOT SPRINGS — The Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce will host the Arkansas Fall Golf Classic at 10:30 a.m. at the Hot Springs Country Club. The entry fee is $150 per player or $500 per team. Volunteer Opportunity

HOT SPRINGS — The United Way of Garland County, Embassy Suites and the Arlington Hotel will sponsor Feed the Funnel at the Embassy Suites. Volunteers are needed to package 10,000 ready-to-eat meals for area families. Open to volunteers from 3 years old and older, the practice of “Funnelology” involves grown-ups packaging the food while kids contribute artwork to the design of the packages. The volunteers will work one of two shifts, from 3:30-5 p.m. or 5:30-7 p.m., in the Grand Ballroom at Embassy Suites, 400 Convention Ave. Frequent timeouts are thrown in for dancing to lively music. One-Day Bridge Class
