• Virginia Diane Benefield, 25, of 820 N. 16th St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated. Benefield was no longer listed as an inmate Sunday in the Benton County Jail.

• Benjamin Dionioso Mancia, 25, of 1708 S. H St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Mancia was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Francisco Beltran Perea, 26, of 1803 S. F St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Perea was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Kevin Nguyen Luu, 20, of 302 Rose Garden Lane No. B was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a schedule IV or V controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Luu was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Travis Jessie Thompson, 36, of 1506 Forest in Carthage was arrested Saturday in connection with felony theft of property, possession of a firearm by certain persons, felony theft by receiving, misdemeanor theft by receiving and misdemeanor fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. Thompson was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Ray Calloway, 59, of 1403 B St. in Waller, Texas, was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault. Police were called at 7:18 p.m. Saturday to 2548 N. Gregg Ave. after Calloway, who had been told by a manager not to mess with the inflatable pig inside the store, returned armed with a baseball bat-sized stick and waved it at people inside. Calloway was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

• Amanda Marcum, 34, 1001 S. Springfield Ave. in Green Forest was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of theft of property. Police were called at 9:34 a.m. Saturday to Washington Regional Medical Center after surveillance footage linked Marcum to the theft of a truck was stolen from outside the emergency room. Marcum was located unconscious in the vehicle about five hours later in St. Paul. Marcum was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $685 bond.

• Cody Smith, 23, of 2071 Chestnut Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with terroristic threatening, false imprisonment, both felonies and misdemeanor assault on a family member and failure to pay fines and cost. Smith was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,204.32 bond.

• Brian Vital, 24, of 14286 Blue Mountain Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Sunday in connection with terroristic threatening, felony theft of property, residential burglary, criminal mischief and misdemeanor counts of carrying prohibited weapons, public intoxication, loitering, criminal trespass, resisting arrest and a parole violation. Vital was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,000 bond.

• Danny Miller, 51, of 156 N. Nevada in Wichita, Kan., was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication. Miller was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Brad Emit Harman, 38, of 18610 Kings Road was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, no proof of insurance, driving while license suspended or revoked, and improper evidence of vehicle registration. Harman was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Christy Renee Ragland, 43, of 85 Hackberry Road in Mountain Home was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia pertaining to methamphetamine or cocaine and no proof of insurance. Ragland was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Terry Lee Wilhelm, 41, of 1133 N. Hickory in Broken Arrow, Okla., was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a schedule IV or V controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia pertaining to methamphetamine or cocaine, shoplifting and criminal use of a prohibited weapon. Wilhelm was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Eric Dukes, 19, of 1577 S. Tally Ho Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with second-degree battery and misdemeanor counts of third-degree battery and second-degree assault. Dukes was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• Kyle Fischer, 24, of 2755 E. Koy Kaler in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by certain persons. Fischer was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.

• Heather Shipley, 28, of 605 Harve was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Shipley was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• Mihalis Paragioudakis, 33, of 750 S. 40th St. G105 in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Paragioudakis was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Jacklyn Williams, 23, of 3101 Madison 2590 in Kingston was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Williams was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
