LR woman wins $250,000 in instant lottery game

A Little Rock woman is a winner of $250,000 in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery's Maximum Money game, officials said Tuesday.

Vivian Sapp bought the winning $3 game ticket at Kwik Chek III, 7715 Geyer Springs Road in Little Rock, according to the state lottery.

Sapp told lottery officials that she will use the money to pay off bills.

She was the second instant lottery winner named Tuesday. Earlier in the day, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery named DeLesia Sams of Van Buren as a winner of $250,000 in the lottery's Make My Year game.
