Fayetteville's Hoskins guilty of sending child porn

FAYETTEVILLE -- A Fayetteville woman pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to filming an underage girl having sex with an adult male and sharing it online.

Jessyca Hoskins, 27, pleaded guilty to distributing child pornography in a plea deal with federal prosecutors. Hoskins will be sentenced at a later date. She faces five to 20 years in prison and fines of up to $250,000. She will also be required to register as a sex offender.

Jason Germund Henry, 26, of West Memphis, a former Razorback basketball player, is charged in state court with human trafficking and fourth-degree sexual assault involving the girl.

Henry was arrested after police received a call from Washington Regional Medical Center's emergency room a 14-year-old girl had been raped multiple times, according to police call logs and Henry's arrest report.

Henry pleaded not guilty to the charges in mid-June. Henry's next court date is set for Oct. 12 before Washington County Circuit Judge Joanna Taylor.

While investigating Henry, police found a witness who provided them with a three-minute video of the girl and a man having sex and told them Hoskins sent it to her on Facebook. Police determined the video was filmed at Hoskins' apartment.

Hoskins admitted to police the girl was at her apartment the evening of March 21. Hoskins also told police she knew the girl was underage and she shared the video with the witness that provided it to police.
