Glaser paid $1.1M by trucker in 2015

Tom Glaser, USA Truck's vice chairman and former chief executive officer, earned $1.1 million in compensation in 2015, according to a proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Glaser, who was the Van Buren-based company's interim chief operating officer for three months and spent six months as CEO before Randy Rogers was hired in January, received a base salary $230,711. He also received $335,907 in incentive compensation, $89,440 in stock and option awards and $479,787 in other compensation.

Chief Financial Officer Michael Borrows earned $607,903 in total compensation, while Chief Information Officer Chris Rhodes earned $383,459. President Martin Tewari -- who was hired in September -- received $875,689, including $597,413 in stock and option awards.
