The 2018 and 2019 in-state basketball classes could be the best back-to-back classes Arkansas has produced in numerous years.

Arkansas Wings center Connor Vanover of Baptist Prep and Arkansas Hawks forward Ethan Henderson of Little Rock Parkview are 2018 prospects with offers from Arkansas and others while Arkansas Hawks point guard Justice Hill of Little Rock Christian is a 2019 Razorback commitment.

Several others in the two classes are also receiving interest from colleges. Nettleton freshman guard Jamarius Campbell, who plays for the 15-under Arkansas Hawks, is drawing interest from Arkansas, Memphis, Ole Miss, Arkansas-Little Rock and Arkansas State.

“He’s a very versatile, very athletic kid that loves to dunk on his opponent and he’s a great competitor,” said Hawks founder Bill Ingram.

Campbell, 6-3, 185 caught the eye of observers at Real Deal in the Rock basketball tournament April 1-3. Ingram said Campbell reminds him of former Razorback and NBA guard Ronnie Brewer, who played for the Arkansas Hawks.

“He’s a young Ronnie Brewer, but shoots the three ball better,” Ingram said.
