Former President Bill Clinton is scheduled to speak at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service commencement on May 15, Dean Skip Rutherford said Monday.

The commencement, the school's 10th, will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Clinton Presidential Center, 1200 President Clinton Ave. in Little Rock.

The Clinton School, established in 2004, is the first in the nation to offer a Master of Public Service degree, preparing students in the two-year program for careers in nonprofit, governmental, volunteer or private-sector service fields. Students complete public service projects that can range from local work in Arkansas communities to international projects, in addition to classroom work. Graduates have gotten jobs with organizations such as the Clinton Foundation, the World Bank, the Wal-Mart Foundation, Habitat for Humanity International and City Year.
