LITTLE ROCK — Political writer and commentator Tucker Carlson is headlining a fundraiser for the Arkansas Republican Party next month.
The state GOP said Monday that Carlson will be the keynote speaker at its Reagan-Rockefeller Dinner in Hot Springs May 13. Carlson is the editor-in-chief of the Daily Caller and co-hosts Fox & Friends Weekend on the Fox News Channel, and he began his career at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
The fundraiser is being held the day before the GOP state committee meets to elect the remainder of the state's delegates to the Republican National Convention this summer.
