Xavier Porter, 17, of North Little Rock; Trevone Miller, 14, of Sherwood; and Quincy Parker, 15, of Sherwood, briefly appeared in court via video from the Pulaski County jail. Porter and Parker were formally charged, as adults, with capital murder and aggravated robbery in the death of Bryan Allen Thompson, 17.

Miller was arraigned on charges of first-degree murder and aggravated robbery.

On Saturday, Judge Milas "Butch" Hale set bail for the three at $200,000 each during a hearing to determine probable cause. He upheld that amount at Tuesday's hearing.

Porter, Miller and Parker spoke to the judge to confirm their respective home addresses, but otherwise made no statements. They did not enter pleas in the case, which will eventually be bound over to Pulaski County Circuit Court, in accordance with state law.

The three teens remained in the Pulaski County jail late Tuesday. Their next court date had not been set.

Thompson was found dead Thursday afternoon in a car outside the Bill Harmon Recreation Center at 51 Shelby Road. A police report states that he was found sitting in the driver's seat, pale and stiff, with blood under his chin. Officers reported finding a bag of marijuana between his legs on the floorboard.

Porter, Miller and Parker were arrested Friday.

Few additional details have been released. Hale sealed records in the case at the request of prosecutors, who cited an ongoing investigation.

Miller attended Sylvan Hills High School last semester, according to a Pulaski County Special School District spokesman.

Porter and Parker were both students at North Pulaski High School.

Little Rock attorney Ron Davis represented Porter in court Tuesday. Davis did not argue for a lower bail amount for his client. After the hearing, he told reporters that $200,000 was a reasonable figure in a capital-murder case.

Miller's parents, Hayse and Karen Miller, were in the courtroom for their son's arraignment but declined to comment.

Miller and one other 14-year-old are the youngest inmates being held at the Pulaski County jail.
