A Little Rock man accused of firing a weapon into an occupied vehicle was being held Tuesday at the Pulaski County jail, police reported.
Levar Rounsville, 38, is facing a felony charge of terrorist act for pulling his vehicle up to another occupied vehicle and firing "at least" one round into the adjacent vehicle, a police report said. No injuries were reported.
Rounsville was already in custody at the jail for unrelated charges when a warrant for his arrest was issued, according to a police report.
