Pulaski County sheriff's deputies and personnel with the state Parole Board executed a search warrant Wednesday for David Weaver, 46, at his North Little Rock home.
An arrest report said Weaver had 2 grams of marijuana, 2 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in his possession. He faces one count each of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, a felony count of possession of drug paraphernalia used for methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver. No bail was set.
Weaver's court date is set for May 24.
