Louisiana Tech running back Kenneth Dixon was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the fourth round, with the 134th overall pick, of the 2016 NFL Draft Saturday afternoon in Chicago.

The Strong, Arkansas, native had a record-breaking career with the Bulldogs.

In four seasons, Dixon scored 87 touchdowns, an NCAA record that stood for only nine days before it was broken by Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds.

He earned all-conference honors each of his four seasons at Louisiana Tech and finished his career with a school-record 4,480 yards and 72 touchdowns on 801 carries. He also caught 88 passes for 972 yards and 15 touchdowns.

As a senior at Strong High, Dixon led the Bulldogs to the 2011 Class 2A state championship while breaking the state single-season record with 3,153 yards.
