A homeless man screamed obscenities at police Saturday evening as they arrested him for dancing through a south-central Little Rock parking lot with his pants down, according to a police report.
Damon Young, 44, had his pants "down to his knees" when officers found him dancing in the Asher Avenue One Stop's rear parking lot, according to the report. When police approached Young, he swore at them and screamed "blow my head off" as several bystanders looked on.
Young was arrested on charges of indecent exposure, loitering and disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors.
