North Little Rock auto parts store manager said to admit to stealing $21,000+

A Pep Boys manager told police he took more than $21,300 from the store since the middle of April, according to an arrest report.

Ryan Williams, 32, of Cabot was arrested Tuesday and told police that he took $21,358.29 out of the store's deposits between April 13 and Saturday, police said.

In a typed statement to police, Williams admitted he took money several times from the store during the time period, according to the report.

Police arrested Williams at the Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service at 4228 E. McCain Blvd. at 12:30 p.m., according to the report.

Police charged Williams with one count of theft of property, according to the report.

He was not listed on Pulaski County jail's inmate roster Tuesday night.
