Get ready to get dirty at the Museum of Discovery's Messtival, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. 3 HARMONY

The Kaleidoscope Film Festival celebrates the diversity of the LGBT community with 15 feature films and 18 shorts, kicking off with a pre-screening champagne reception at 6 p.m. today and a screening of Southwest of Salem: The Story of the San Antonio Four at 7 p.m. at the Argenta Community Theater, 405 Main St., North Little Rock (tickets are $20). Finalists Caroline MacDonald, McCree O'Kelley, Jimmy Orrante and Sanjay Saverimuttu beat out dozens of emerging American and European choreographers; guest judge Robert Hill, artistic director of the Orlando Ballet, will join two locals and the audience to select the winner, who will complete his or her work for the Ballet Arkansas' April mixed repertory show. The sounds of picking and strumming will bounce around the hills of Northwest Arkansas during the Eureka Springs Bluegrass Festival, today-Saturday.
