A 53-year-old man died in a crash in White County on Wednesday, according to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police.
Gregory Pabst of Cabot was driving west on U.S. 64 at 7:52 p.m. when he crossed the centerline and his vehicle hit a 2004 Oldsmobile head-on, police said.
Pabst, who was driving a 2007 Toyota, died in the crash, and the Oldsmobile driver Cody Garretson, 27, of Searcy was injured, according to the report.
