Two female jail officers in White County are accused of having a sexual relationship with a male inmate, according to court records.
The employees, Angela Marie Jacobs and Kiera Ann Viger, each face charges of third-degree sexual assault, a class C felony.
Both told investigators that they supplied the inmate, Kevin Domerese, with a cellphone to communicate with him, according to affidavits. A search of that phone yielded nude photos of the jail employees.
Domerese said he had sex with Jacobs in a tower bathroom, in court rooms and on the grounds of the sheriff’s office. Sexual encounters with Viger, he said, occurred in a wooded area near the jail on her days off work.
