The Bella Vista Police Department is investigating a report a man exposed himself on the Tanyard Creek Nature Trail on Thursday, according to a city news release.
Police received a call at 10:10 a.m. stating a man exposed himself to a woman, the release stated.
The suspect is described as a white male in his early 30s with short brown hair, a short well-groomed beard and a scorpion tattoo on his upper arm/shoulder area. The suspect was wearing black shorts, a black tank top and walking sandals, the release stated.
