• Richard Patrick Horton, 49, of 206 N. 10th St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Horton was being held Monday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $1,645.

• Markeis Taishaun Eubanks, 24, of 1400 Bernice Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation. Eubanks was being held Monday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Dakota Smith, 19, no address listed, was arrested Sunday in connection with filing a false report of criminal wrongdoing. Smith was being held Monday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Forrest James Montgomery, 29, of 1265 Arkansas Lane in Prairie Grove was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated robbery, residential burglary and theft of property. Montgomery was being held Monday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Alexis Rodriguez-Perez, 26, of 205 Kenwood St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence. Rodriguez-Perez was being held Monday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $7,500.

• Alana Marie Fenus, 26, of 745 Terry Lane in Bethel Heights was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Fenus was being held Monday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Alexander Lawson, 18, of 1105 Alicia St. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with sexual indecency with a child. Lawson was being held Monday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
