Stephen Tyrone Harris, 20, and Anthony James Camden, 23, were each charged Tuesday with first-degree murder, punishable by up to life in prison, in the shooting of Colby Wilder. The body of Wilder, 17, was found Sept. 9 in a ditch alongside the driveway at 4027 Spring St., the residence of shooting victim Tyler Donaldson, 23.

Donaldson was wounded Sept. 8 during the multiple shooting at 311 Lacey St. and died later at a hospital in Little Rock.

Affidavits released Wednesday indicate that Wilder was shot the morning of Sept. 8, but his body wasn't discovered until the afternoon of Sept. 9.

Camden was arrested Sept. 8, shortly after the Lacey Street shooting, and Harris was arrested Sept. 14 after an extensive manhunt. Both were charged with first-degree murder in Donaldson's death. Each faces four counts of first-degree battery in the other shootings. Three of the battery charges later were amended to criminal attempt at first-degree murder for both men.

Harris and Camden have remained in custody since their initial arrests. Both are being held in lieu of bonds totaling $250,000. The five counts against each stemming from the Lacey Street shootings have since been filed in Garland County Circuit Court, but a court date on the new murder charges had not been set as of Wednesday.

According to the affidavit on the new charges, Garland County sheriff's investigators recovered five .40-caliber shell casings at the scene Sept. 9 and noted that it appeared the victim, Wilder, had been shot more than once. The medical examiner later confirmed Wilder died from multiple gunshot wounds.

A witness later told investigators that Camden, Harris and Wilder arrived at his residence on Arnett Circle in Camden's car between 4 and 4:30 a.m. Sept. 8, the affidavit said. The witness said Camden and Harris made comments that Wilder "needed his a** kicked" but did not elaborate further. The witness said the three left about 15 to 20 minutes later.

A second witness, who lived at Donaldson's residence, said he heard several gunshots at the end of his driveway early on Sept. 8 and heard a vehicle leaving, according to the affidavit. The witness said he checked around the driveway after the vehicle left, but didn't find anything.

Investigators later interviewed Camden, who initially said he had dropped off Wilder in the area of Westinghouse and Ridgeway streets a couple of nights earlier and had not seen him since, the affidavit said. He later reportedly identified Harris as the one who shot Wilder and admitted he was there when the shooting occurred, drove Harris away from the scene and never reported the shooting to authorities, according to the affidavit.
