• Jayla June Ewert, 19, of 1912 Patti Ave. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. Ewert was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $6,000.

• Shawn Michael Talley, 33, of 5301 S.W. Villa St., Apt. 11 in Bentonville was arrested Saturday in connection with second-degree domestic battery and first-degree terroristic threatening. Talley was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Jose Ramirez, 45, of 1402 Ellis Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying certain prohibited weapons. Ramirez was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,242.
• Haco Barfield, 40, of 2808 Meadow Ave. in Norman, Okla., was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Barfield was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
• Carter Palmer, 18, of 1391 N. Edgehill Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with breaking or entering and theft of property. Palmer was released Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a partial bond of $2,500.

• Trent Jean Wagy, 29, of 3404 S. Newton Ave. in Springfield, Mo., was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Wagy was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Ashley Leann Penick, 28, of 2435 W. Calhoun St. in Springfield, Mo., was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Penick was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $7,500.

• Dustin Alan Birge, 35, of 23390 Sylvia Hyde Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Saturday in connection with furnishing prohibited articles and possession of a controlled substance. Birge was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Patricia Ann Moya, 32, of 811 W. Tulsa St., Apt. 82 in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by receiving. Moya was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Kristy Hannah, 30, of 2905 W. Olive St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Hannah was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,500.
• Jonathan Hannah, 31, of 2905 W. Olive St., Apt., 41 in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hannah was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,500.
• Michelle Jackson, 39, of 8188 W. Gibbs Road in Springdale as arrested Saturday in connection with financial identity fraud. Jackson was being released Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a partial bond of $2,500.
