Incinerator's setup finished in El Dorado

Clean Harbors announced Tuesday the completion of a $120 million commercial incinerator at its El Dorado facility that will create 120 jobs.

Massachusetts-based Clean Harbors provides environmental, energy and industrial services. In a news release, the company said that it's the first such incinerator to be built in the country in 20 years.

The incinerator includes sophisticated air-emissions control technologies and is engineered to dispose of the most dangerous and toxic byproducts of manufacturing such as those related to cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive and agriculture industries, the company said.
