James McCune has been named chief fiscal officer for Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, one of the four divisions of the Arkansas Department of Career Education.
Jason Paul has been named chef instructor for Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food at Northwest Arkansas Community College.

ARcare has named Chris Gibson as senior vice president of operations for ARcare and Kentuckycare.
Fellowship-trained gynecologic oncologist Dr. John E. Savage has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He sees patients at the UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute.
