The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis announced the following changes to its Little Rock branch board of directors, effective Jan. 1: R. Andrew Clyde, president and chief executive officer of Murphy USA Inc. in El Dorado, and Millie A. Ward, co-founder and president of Stone Ward Advertising in Little Rock, both have been appointed to three-year terms on the board.
